Our loan cars continue to be free of charge but they are limited and MUST be booked in advance. Please only complete the below form if you have already requested a loan car when you booked your vehicle in.

For health and hygiene reasons, do not leave any personal belongings or rubbish in the car when you return it, and please ensure that you replace the petrol you have used so the petrol gauge returns to the original level.

Terms & conditions for use of a courtesy car

The Garage, namely Marlow Performance Cars Limited t/a The Marlow Garage a company registered in England and Wales under number 05681369 whose registered office is at Haines Watts, 5 Buckingham Place, Bellfield Road, High Wycombe HP13 5HQ (“the Garage”) will provide for the use of a courtesy car subject to the following terms:

The Garage will insure the car with Aviva. The cover will be third party risk only.
You will:
1. Only use the courtesy car for social, domestic and pleasure;
2. Keep the car locked and secure at all times when not being used;
3. Return the courtesy car to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you;
4. Fill the petrol tank to its previous level prior to returning it to us;
5. Tell us forthwith of any motoring offences including speeding or parking whilst you are using the courtesy car.
6. You will be responsible for payment of any Congestion Charges, fines or penalties incurred whilst you are using the courtesy car, including speeding or parking offences and Penalty Charge Notices;
7. Tell us forthwith of any damage or any collisions or accidents that you may cause or be involved with whilst using the courtesy car or whilst the courtesy car may be in your custody;
8. Be liable for all repairs to any damage to the courtesy car whilst you are using it or whilst the courtesy car is in your custody or control.
9. You will be liable for any damage to third party vehicles or other damage or losses incurred by third parties in the event of our insurers failing to settle any insurance claim due to your actions or omissions.
10. You confirm that you hold a full (not provisional) driving licence which you have held for at least 3 years at the date of being provided with the courtesy car, and, if you have a UK driving licence, you have shown us the photocard licence (not any copy of a licence).
11. You confirm that you hold a clean driving licence with no penalty points. If you do not, you must disclose this in order that we can make a decision whether or not to provide you with a courtesy car and whether or not the insurer will accept you.
12. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and not more than 75 years of age.
13. You confirm that you have not been banned from driving as a result of a Careless Driving (CD), Reckless/Dangerous Driving (DD), Drink Driving (DR) or Theft or Unauthorised Taking (UT) Offence within a period of 5 years up to the date of being provided with the courtesy car.
14. You confirm that you have no motoring offences against your name. If you do not, you must disclose this in order that we can make a decision whether or not to provide you with a courtesy car and whether or not the insurer will accept you.
15. You confirm that you will not exceed 250 miles per week whilst you are using the courtesy car and that you will drive the car with full regard to the law at all times.
You confirm that you will not smoke in the courtesy car at any time.
You confirm that you will not allow any pets in the courtesy car at any time.
You have shown us two forms of identification (in addition to your driving licence) when you have collected the courtesy car, at least one of which includes your home address. Such forms of identification include, but are not limited to a passport, bank statement and a utility bill.

The Garage may withdraw the use of the courtesy car by giving to you prior notice upon which you will deliver it forthwith to our premises at Unit 3 Lancaster Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP12 3PY and deliver the keys to us and in accordance with the terms specified herein.
